I so enjoyed reading this, John, and am so proud of you. It's hard to believe that your mom and I have known each other nearly our entire lives; yet, I've never had the chance to know you. Through your eloquent writing, I've caught a glimpse of what I've been missing and I look forward to reading much, much more!
