The crew loaded the car and drove out of the quasi theocratic promised land of Utah for the Colorado state line. Just on the other side is another promised land thick with high alpine ice, elk breath and micro breweries. The beer run included a trip to the 2012 Ouray Ice Fest and was already reminiscent of a similar trip that took place 3 years earlier. The coincidental re-encounter was soon to follow...
