Sun and Sand

The "Cheapo Jeepo" made the drive across Monument Valley and the Navajo Reservation. The Jeep arrived in Flagstaff, AZ in good fashion with nothing more than a broken windshield as a reminder of the trip out of the High Country.

Zion Canyon From Angels Landing
Two Days after rumbling into Flagstaff I was sent to Zion Ntl Park for 8 days to work with Revegetation in the bottom of the canyon. The following week we were sent to Sedona with a mule team to pack in supplies for trail work in West Clear Creek Canyon. The support was great until the mule team was unable to pack us out at the end of the week leaving 6 mules worth of tools to be packed out on foot.
